The Rowe Family:

This website is about…drumroll… The Rowe Family!  Well, it’s about a Rowe Family, we’re not the only one.  Most of the posts are about Greg’s running adventures but we throw in the occasional post about Cassie, Mary’s running adventures, and other stuff.

Greg:

I’m Greg.  I’m the Dad.  My primary hobby these days is running.  I started running in the fall/winter of 2005 and I’m still going.  Well, I do take rest breaks.  No one could run for 3 years without stopping, not even Forest Gump (contrary to what you are led to believe in an obviously true to life movie…I mean there are Bubba Gump restaurants…).   You’ll find an inappropriate amount of posts about running.  Hey, that’s what I do!  I’m also a geek but I keep my geek life separate from my family life (because geeks are boring to non-geeks) in Tales from the Geek Side.

Mary:

Mary is the Mom.  She’s a runner too but doesn’t annoy people by talking about it all the time like I do.

Cassie:

Cassie is (at the time of this writing and this is subject to change) the baby.  She does cute things and looks cute.  That’s her job and she’s very good at it.  We don’t post about her very often because we are bad parents.
